Having second thoughts? No worries—we're here to help! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date.

RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories
  • Items must not be altered or damaged

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please have your order confirmation ready, and contact our customer service at cs@sonicgracehome.com, we'll help you from there. The restocking fee is 15% of the invoice value.

REFUNDS

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.

Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
